Q: Why won’t my dryer start?
A: Make sure cycle selector is in the correct position. Close the the dryer door, make sure power cord is plugged. Make sure you are holding the start button long enough. If that doesn’t work, maybe a house fuse was blown or the circuit breaker tripped.

Q: Why has my dryer stopped operating?
A: Overloading your unit can cause the motor to overheat. All the motor to cool down for a while, and reduce the size of your loads. it should be filled half full. If your dryer over heated the thermal limiter switch gets activated, one of our service technician must replace the thermal limiter switch.

Q: My dryer runs but does not heat. Why?
A: There may be lint blocking up the air from coming inside your dryer. Make sure to clean lint filter after running each load. Make sure your gas supply valve is open. The dryer needs space around it for proper ventilation s make sure there is always space between the wall and the dryer.

Q: Why is there is a rattling sound coming from my dryer?
A: Foreign objects are inside the dryer. Make sure to always empty out pockets before you put your clothes in the dryer. Some time the washer makes that sound from the zippers of belt buckle clanking against the dryer.
